These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by AgeeBgee Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse system resources.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding remain the property of AgeeBgee Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Digital Guides: Terms of Sale and Refund Policy
These terms apply to purchases of our digital guides at ageebgeesolutions.com/guides.
What you are buying. Each guide is a one-time purchase of a digital PDF document, delivered as a download. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The price shown on the guides page is the price you pay, in US dollars.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your card number. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and read the guide for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the guide or its download link with others.
Refunds. Because a guide is a digital product delivered immediately as a download, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong, such as the file will not open, you could not get the download, you were charged more than once, or the guide is materially different from how we described it, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix the problem or refund the purchase. Changing your mind after downloading is not grounds for a refund. Refunds, when given, are issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Content. The guides share our own experience and are provided for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from following them.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
No Warranty
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
SMS & Mobile Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from AgeeBgee Solutions related to service updates, account activity, and operational notifications.
You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply and that you are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgeeBgee Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
