Subprocessors
This page lists the third parties that process customer personal data on behalf of AgeeBgee Solutions, LLC (“AgeeBgee”) for our BulkForge, InsightForge and Vigil products. For BulkForge this is the AgeeBgee-hosted control plane. InsightForge and Vigil keep customer content in your own Azure subscription; the entries below that apply to them concern only the limited licensing and metering data that AgeeBgee receives. Our website and Dad Is Dead are covered by their own privacy policies.

Services that are not AgeeBgee subprocessors
The BulkForge agent runs in your Azure subscription and sends your messages through the Postmark, SendGrid or Azure Communication Services account that you configure, using credentials that stay in your Key Vault. InsightForge’s optional AI diagnosis calls the Azure OpenAI resource that you provide. Vigil’s alert emails are sent through an Azure Communication Services resource deployed in your subscription. AgeeBgee does not receive the content processed by those services.
Microsoft commercial marketplace
When you buy through Microsoft’s commercial marketplace, Microsoft provides AgeeBgee with subscription information, such as subscription ID, plan, and the purchaser’s email address and tenant ID. Microsoft handles that information under its own terms.
