Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AgeeBgee Solutions, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form on our home page, we receive your name, email address, your message, and, if you choose to provide them, your company and the product you are interested in. We also record the page address you submitted the form from. If you email us, we receive what you send.
Purchases. Our digital guides are sold through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details on its own hosted page; we do not receive or store your card number. We receive purchase information from Stripe, such as your name, email address, and the item purchased.
Email updates. If you sign up for product updates, we receive your email address and the products you chose. We also record when you signed up and confirmed, which form you used and the wording you saw, and your IP address and browser (user agent) at both steps. If you tick the "also send me product updates" box on our contact form, we use the email address you entered there for the same sign-up, and we email you once to confirm.
Information collected automatically. Our analytics tools (described below) collect limited technical and usage data such as browser type, device information, approximate location, IP address, pages viewed, clicks, and referral source.
How We Use Information
We use contact-form information only to respond to your inquiry. We use purchase information to fulfill and support your purchase and keep business records. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used, improve it, and maintain security. We use your email-update sign-up only to send you the updates you asked for, to keep a record that you asked and when, to honor your unsubscribe, and to prevent abuse of the sign-up form. Our legal basis, where the law requires one, is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give your email address to anyone to use for their own purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies beginning with _ga and measures page views, clicks, and purchase-link clicks on this site (for example, when you click a "Buy the Guide" or Azure Marketplace link).
Microsoft Clarity sets cookies beginning with _clck and _clsk and produces heatmaps and session replays (visual playbacks of how visitors move through and interact with a page) that help us find usability problems. Microsoft handles Clarity data as an independent controller under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Cross-site measurement. This site and our Dad Is Dead site (dad-is-dead.com) share a Google Analytics linker, which passes an identifier in the link when you click from one to the other so that a visit that moves between them is counted as one visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to use the site. We do not currently show a cookie-consent banner.
Email Updates
You can sign up for product news about BulkForge, InsightForge, Vigil, and Dad Is Dead on this site. We first send you one email with a link to confirm your address. Until you open that link and press the Confirm button, you are not subscribed and we send you nothing else. If you do not confirm within 7 days, the link stops working and we delete the unconfirmed record within about a day after that.
We email occasionally, no more than about twice a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We do not track whether you open our emails or which links you click. Opening the confirm or unsubscribe link in your browser is not tracked either, apart from the technical records described here. If we ever change this, we will update this page before we do.
We keep your sign-up record for as long as you are subscribed. We delete the IP address and browser details we recorded 12 months after you signed up. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address and the record of your sign-up and unsubscribe so that we do not email you again and can show that you asked to be on the list. Three years after you unsubscribe we remove the details of how you signed up and keep only your address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we never email you again. To have your record deleted, email [email protected]; if you ask for deletion we keep only what is needed to avoid emailing you again, and we may keep records we are legally required to keep.
Your information is processed for us by Cloudflare (our website and the database that stores the list) and Postmark (which sends the emails). They handle it under their own terms and privacy policies. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by emailing [email protected].
Service Providers
We use the following providers to operate this site:
- Cloudflare: hosting for this site, the service that receives contact-form submissions, and the database that stores email-update sign-ups.
- Postmark: emails your contact-form message to our support mailbox, and sends sign-up confirmation and product-update emails.
- Google: Google Analytics 4.
- Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity.
- Stripe: payment processing for our digital guides.
These providers receive only the data needed for the function described. Google, Cloudflare, Postmark, and Stripe handle data under their own terms and privacy policies, and Microsoft handles Clarity data as described above.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept in our support mailbox for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records; ask us to delete yours at [email protected]. Analytics and session-replay data are kept by Google and Microsoft under their own retention settings. Email-update sign-ups: unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days; subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe; after that we keep a minimal record so we do not email them again (see Email Updates).
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
California & GDPR Notice
Users in California and the European Union may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, including data access and deletion requests.
SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number, we may send you SMS messages related to service updates, account notifications, and support communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at [email protected].
We may use third-party providers to deliver SMS messages securely on our behalf.
